Cheryl Anders, RN leads the business development and clinical operations at Think Big as a CEO and Chief Innovation Officer. Cheryl is a seasoned healthcare executive with a wide range of experience and achievement in strategic planning, operations management, process improvement, leadership training, enhancing the patient experience, branding, marketing, public relations and corporate culture integration. She started her career as a registered nurse and practiced in numerous clinical settings-ranging from medical oncology to trauma. Realizing that her passion was to use her clinical skills and medical acumen in a progressive and influential way – to make a difference in health care access and impact on nationwide industry growth – she entered the field of hospital management as a strategist, business developer, and operations administrator. Since 1990, Cheryl has been instrumental in positioning hospitals and physician practices by focusing on patient care initiatives and outcomes, enhancing corporate culture and developing unique, progressive system platforms nimble enough to withstand change.
