Event Registration and Payment Terms

Registration Accuracy

Payment

All fees must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise specified. The BCMA may use third-party payment processors to securely process transactions. The BCMA does not store full credit card information on its servers.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation policies for events will be stated on the applicable event registration page. By registering, you agree to the posted refund policy. If no specific policy is listed, registrations are non-refundable unless otherwise determined by the BCMA in its sole discretion.

Event Changes

The BCMA reserves the right to modify event dates, locations, programming, speakers, or format as necessary. The BCMA is not responsible for travel, lodging, or other expenses incurred by attendees in the event of cancellation or modification.

Code of Conduct

The BCMA reserves the right to remove any participant from an event without refund for disruptive, unlawful, or inappropriate behavior.
